The Parish Gastropub in Tucson

Posted February 13, 2014

The Oxford Dictionary defines “gastropub” as a pub that specializes in serving high-quality food. The Parish in Tucson on North Oracle definitely does that. New Orleans is known for its hospitality and the way its chefs have drawn the best from its mix of cultures to create unique and delicious dishes. Steve Dunn, Travis Peters, and Bryce Zeagler –owners of the Parish- have fused their experiences, diverse backgrounds and skills to give Tucson this delightful southern fusion gastropub. My favorites, the Guedry’s Gumbo and Crawfish hushpuppies, will entice you to come back for more. Check out the Parish’s website at www.TheParishTucson.com and call (520) 797-1233 to make reservations
